  1. Avoid getting any liquid in the center of the tube piece (Where the tip is positioned to the batter end). It should be free of any liquid as this is your airflow to draw vapor.
  2. The coil heads have a lifespan of approximately 10 - 20 days. As the coil head begins to wear, your tank may begin to leak. Replacing the coil head should resolve this issue.
  3. Whenever possible, try to maintain an ample amount of liquid capacity in the tank, and avoid having only 1/3 or less. This will help maintain a "vacuum" in the tank and prevent any leaking issues.
  4. Gurgling noise or leaking issue: When this occurs, you can attempt to clear the air passage of the center tube, by removing the tank from it's battery/device. Grab a cloth or tissue and by wrapping around the base, blow through the mouthpiece to get liquid out. If this does not resolve the issue, please revert to #2 or #3 on the list.
  5. When unscrewing the base of the tank, be cautious as the coil head may loosen as well. Double check and secure your coil head that is attached on your base before tightening the base again.
  6. Occasionally, you may find some traces of liquid on the battery contact area. By cleaning and keeping the contact point dry is suggested, especially when charging an ego series type battery.
